Ingredients
 

  • 6 tbsp Ketchup
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise or e.g. Miracel Whip light
  • 1 tbsp Cognac or whiskey
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 splash Vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt, cayenne pepper, paprika powder
  • Tabasco at will

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the ketchup and mayonnaise. Squeeze in the garlic. Stir in the remaining ingredients and season with the spices.
