Dip: Paprika Yogurt
The perfect dip: paprika yogurt recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Yogurt turkish
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0,5 Fresh lime
- 1 tbsp Parsley crispy fresh
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Seasoned Salt
- 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
- Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and membranes and cut into small pieces. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces. Wash the lime with hot water, rub off the peel and squeeze out. Wash and chop or pluck the parsley.
- Stir lime juice and zest, as well as parsley, olive oil, salt and powdered bread into the yogurt. Then stir in the garlic and pepper pieces as well.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
