Golden Pumpkin Thalers with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Slices of butternut squash
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs

further:

  • Sweet paprika, salt, pepper
  • Milk
  • Oil for frying

Yogurt Dip:

  • 125 ml Natural yoghurt
  • Chopped fresh red chilli pepper, chives, salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour with the paprika powder, salt and pepper. Beat the egg with some milk. Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix with the breadcrumbs.
  • Bread the pumpkin slices with flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Let the oil get hot in a pan and fry the pumpkin "thalers" very slowly "golden".
  • YOGHURT DIP: Season the yoghurt with the spices to taste and serve with the "Gold-Talers".
