Ingredients
- 4 Slices of butternut squash
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Beaten egg
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
further:
- Sweet paprika, salt, pepper
- Milk
- Oil for frying
Yogurt Dip:
- 125 ml Natural yoghurt
- Chopped fresh red chilli pepper, chives, salt
Instructions
- Mix the flour with the paprika powder, salt and pepper. Beat the egg with some milk. Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix with the breadcrumbs.
- Bread the pumpkin slices with flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Let the oil get hot in a pan and fry the pumpkin "thalers" very slowly "golden".
- YOGHURT DIP: Season the yoghurt with the spices to taste and serve with the "Gold-Talers".
