Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Great with mashed potatoes – patties

Finely dice the onion and bell pepper and blend with a little sour cream using a hand blender. Drain the artichoke hearts, add them with the remaining sour cream, and blend. Season to taste with pepper, salt, garlic, and chili.
