Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 slice(s) Pumpernickel, small, round
- 50 g chocolate, grated
- 4 tbsp cherry brandy
- 125 g morello cherries
- 1 pack of ice cream (vanilla)
- 250 ml cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 cherries
- some chocolate, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crumble the pumpernickel by hand and mix with the chocolate. Then drizzle with kirsch and let it sit, covered, for 30 minutes. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and sugar until stiff. To serve, place a layer of pumpernickel in a glass, then cherries, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream. Decorate with a cherry and grated chocolate.
