Djuvecart Cutlet with Pasta

Djuvecart pasta

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 3 Red Paprika
  • 1 Glass Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
  • 1 middle Onion
  • 1 bigger Zucchini
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 0,5 teaspoon Herbs of Provence
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt and pepper

  1. Wash the chops and pat dry. Sauté them in a hot pan, season with salt and pepper and continue to fry slowly.

Djuvecart pasta

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add salt to the water, then cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, clean the peppers and cut them without the core. Sauté the peppers in a pan with a little oil, then peel and chop the onion.
  2. Wash the zucchini and cut into sticks, add to the peppers. Then reduce a little with the cream. Mix in the aijvar and add the spices.
  3. On a plate, arrange the chops, then the pasta and vegetables with aijvar.
  4. For myself, I simply mixed the vegetables with the noodles and ate them as djuvec noodles without meat. was super tasty.
