Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ cucumber(s)
- ½ lettuce(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 large onion(s)
- some Fondor
- 3 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tbsp curry ketchup
- 1 tbsp, leveled mustard
- 1 tbsp, heaped spice mix (Maggi No. 4 for crisp salads)
- 100 ml cream
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 5 dashes of Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the lettuce, peppers, mozzarella, and cucumber, along with the onion. Combine all other ingredients and add them to a bowl with the vegetables and cheese.
