Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
- 200 g margarine
- 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp milk
- Fat for the mold
- 500 g strawberries
- 450 ml milk
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Sheet cake
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and margarine until fluffy. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt, and fold in. Spread half of the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Mix the other half with the cocoa and milk and spread it on the light-colored batter. Bake the cake for approx. 20-30 minutes and let it cool thoroughly. Make a pudding from 450 ml milk, 100 g sugar, and pudding powder according to the package instructions, then let it cool. Beat the butter until fluffy and mix it into the pudding. Wash the strawberries, drain them, slice them thinly, and spread them on the base. Spread the cream over the strawberries. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler and spread it over the cream.
