- 2 eggplant(s)
- 2 packs of feta cheese
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- chili powder
- oil

something different, but super tasty
Cut the eggplant into approximately 1 cm thick slices, season with salt, pepper, and garlic, and let stand for about 15 minutes. Then fry in oil. Dice the feta cheese and season with oregano and chili. Quarter the bread and cut it crosswise. Fry the inside in a pan until crispy and top with warm eggplant and feta cheese.
