Instructions

chocolatey, simple, about 6 brownies

Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions. Tip: If you don’t want to use a ready-made package, you can make the white brownie batter for the dark batter using twice the amount of dark chocolate instead of white chocolate. For the light brownie batter, melt the white chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Mix together the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Add the egg and chocolate-butter mixture and stir well. For the cheesecake batter, mix the cream cheese, egg, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Layer the batter in a greased brownie pan as follows: 2/3 of the dark brownie batter, 2/3 of the light brownie batter, cheesecake mixture, the remaining dark batter, and the remaining light batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated pan at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes.
