  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 180 g butter, soft
  • 180 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

for approx. 35 cookies

Melt the dark chocolate over a pan of simmering water. Finely chop the white chocolate. Cream the butter and salt together, gradually add the sugar, and stir until dissolved. Then beat in the egg and gently stir in the melted chocolate. Combine the flour and baking powder, quickly stirring in half, then mix the other half with the chopped chocolate and stir in. Using two tablespoons, place the batter in small heaps on the baking sheets, leaving space between each heap. Bake the cookies at 160°C (convection oven) or 180°C (conventional oven) for about 15-18 minutes. This yields about 35 cookies.
