Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 110 g dark chocolate coating
  • 90 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g sugar
  • 140 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 tsp, grated cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 g egg yolk
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 140 g chocolate decoration (drops) OR:
  • Chocolate coating, dark / whole milk, coarsely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chop the chocolate coating into small pieces and melt it in a water bath at about 45°C. Beat the butter, sugar, salt, spices, and egg yolk until fluffy. Add the melted chocolate. Make a batter with the remaining ingredients. Place two teaspoons of the chocolate mixture onto baking paper. Bake at 160°C for about 10 minutes. Don’t pack too tightly, or the cookies will spread.
