Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g chicken breast
- 1 pack of creamed spinach
- 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- Salt and pepper, black
- curry powder
- cumin
- chili powder
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 50 ml milk
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the garlic and onion, and dice the chicken breast. Defrost the spinach. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion until light brown, adding a little salt. Add the meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the creamed spinach, tomatoes, cream, and milk and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. Season well with salt, pepper, curry, cumin, and chili.
