Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 pack of feta cheese (Chilifeta)
- 2 small onions
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 can of corn (smallest size!)
- 1 class can/n tomato(s) , (Pizza tomatoes!)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, Chinese (alternatively 2 garlic cloves)
- chili powder
- Paprika powder, hot
- Salt
- pepper
- Oil (chili oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a little chili oil in a pan until crumbly. Peel and finely chop the onions, wash and dice the bell peppers, and add them to the minced meat in the pan. Then add the corn. Peel and press the garlic, and add it to the pan with the minced meat and vegetables. Mix well, then add the canned tomatoes. Stir well, then season well and well. Just before the end, add the feta cubes, cover, and simmer until the feta softens/melts. TIP: This goes particularly well with pasta, but rice and potatoes are also delicious with it. This minced meat pan is also delicious in sliced flatbread. Note: Chilifeta (feta cubes in chili oil) is available packaged in the refrigerated section of supermarkets.
