  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Butter flakes
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 20 g Ground almonds
  • 10 g Flower honey
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 0,5 Vanilla pod
  • 0,5 Salt
  • Powdered sugar


  • Mix egg yolks with sugar until foamy, scrape out the vanilla pulp and add. Add a pinch of salt, cold butter flakes and flour, ground almonds and blossom honey and knead into a dough. In a bowl covered with cling film, let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Take the dough out of the fridge and use it to form slightly thicker sausages. On the work surface, cut pieces of the same size about a thumb's width with a knife. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, place dream pieces on it. Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Then let it cool down, then dust with powdered sugar.
