Dried tomato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 jars of tomatoes, dried
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 ½ tbsp pesto, green
  • olive oil
  • 1 pepper, mild, as a garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and then halve them. Peel the onion and slice them into strips. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Place everything in a bowl and add the pesto. Add enough olive oil to mix everything thoroughly. Stir. Let it sit for a while before serving. Garnish with the peppers.
