- 0,5 tuber Boiled beetroot
- 1 piece Persimmon fresh
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- Mineral water
- Peel the persimmon. Cut the persimmon and beetroot into small pieces and puree them very finely with the honey.
- Dilute with mineral water – possibly add a sip of lemon juice – and garnish with mint and sprinkle with cinnamon.
