  • 0,5 tuber Boiled beetroot
  • 1 piece Persimmon fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • Mineral water
  1. Peel the persimmon. Cut the persimmon and beetroot into small pieces and puree them very finely with the honey.
  2. Dilute with mineral water – possibly add a sip of lemon juice – and garnish with mint and sprinkle with cinnamon.
