Pasta with Roast Beef
The perfect pasta with roast beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Roast beef
- 120 g Leek
- 1 Orange peppers
- 0,5 tablespoon Fresh horseradish
- 250 Milliliters Oat cream
- 1 Coffee pot Vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
- Cress (garden cress)
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 1 Clementine fresh
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the leek into rings and the bell pepper into strips. Slice the horseradish thinly and cut into small pieces.
- Let the vegetables steam with a little clarified butter for about 5 minutes. Squeeze the clementine and add the juice. Add the vegetable stock. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Reduce the heat and add the oat cream. Let simmer again very gently for about 3 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the grilled beef into strips and add to the hot noodles. Add the vegetables with the sauce to the pasta. Add some cress and some spring onions, cut into rings.
