delicious soup garnish

Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper, and just enough flour (this varies depending on the size of the eggs) to form a thick batter. A small sippy cup, a measuring jug with a spout, or something similar is best for this. You can also strain the mixture through a sieve. Bring the beef broth to a boil and slowly add the thick batter. Cook for another minute and serve sprinkled with chives. Tip: If you don’t want to use flour, you can replace it with semolina. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk.
