Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Meat, cold leftovers from roasts or boiled meat, about 1 soup plate full
  • 500 g potatoes, boiled
  • 2 large onions
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • 4 eggs
  • some butter

Danish sliced ​​meat

Dice the cold leftover meat and potatoes. Peel and dice the onions. Melt some butter in a large pan and sauté the meat and onion cubes. Then add the potato cubes, mix well, and fry everything well. Season with a little salt and a few grinds of freshly ground black pepper. Heat some butter in another pan and fry the eggs until fried. Arrange the meat and potato mixture in a dish and place the fried eggs on top. Serve with a little ketchup.
