Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 bread roll, diced
- 150 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simple, with lentil stew
Mix all ingredients together, use 2 teaspoons to scoop out small (!) dumplings and cook in vegetable stock or directly in lentil soup for about 5 minutes.
