Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of dough (dumpling dough)
- 250 g zucchini
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp pesto verde
- salt and pepper
- herbs, Italian
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Rinse the zucchini, trim, and dice. Rinse the tomatoes and halve them. Mix the pesto with a little olive oil. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Form the dumpling dough into small balls. Place the dumplings and vegetables on four sheets of baking paper. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with the pesto. Seal the paper tightly and bake the parcels in the oven for about 20 minutes.
