- 6 dumplings, half and half (leftovers)
- 3 eggs
- oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 11 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 11 hours 10 minutes
Recycling leftovers
Slice the dumplings. Heat oil in a pan. Add the dumpling slices to the pan and fry lightly. Whisk the eggs, add them, and fry until set. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with cucumber salad.
