Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chocolate, at least 70% cocoa content
- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 80 g flour
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 1 pinch of vanilla sugar
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions

Grease a springform pan or line it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Melt the chocolate in a water bath and then add the butter. Meanwhile, in a bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest. Add the flour to the bowl and mix. Add the chocolate-butter mix and mix. Optionally, you can add chocolate chips to the batter. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18 minutes, until the batter is still nice and moist.
