East Meats West Curry
The perfect east meats west curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Zucchini
- 100 g Turnip
- 0,5 Paprika
- 150 g Kale fresh
- 2 medium sized Potatoes
- 1 Medium sized carrot
- 100 g Oyster mushrooms
- 0,5 coffee pot Lentils red
- 3 tsp Thai curry spice mix
- 1 Glass Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- Neutral oil
- Roughly chop the vegetables as you like, rinse the lentils beforehand if necessary. Sauté in a little oil.
- Briefly sauté the Thai curry spice mixture. Deglaze with orange juice and coconut milk. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
