East Meats West Curry

  • 100 g Zucchini
  • 100 g Turnip
  • 0,5 Paprika
  • 150 g Kale fresh
  • 2 medium sized Potatoes
  • 1 Medium sized carrot
  • 100 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 0,5 coffee pot Lentils red
  • 3 tsp Thai curry spice mix
  • 1 Glass Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • Neutral oil
  1. Roughly chop the vegetables as you like, rinse the lentils beforehand if necessary. Sauté in a little oil.
  2. Briefly sauté the Thai curry spice mixture. Deglaze with orange juice and coconut milk. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
