Potatoes, Sage and Sesame with Herb Dip
The perfect potatoes, sage and sesame with herb dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Potatoes Sage Sesame
- 600 g Waxy potatoes
- 6 Sage leaves fresh, chopped
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
Herb
- 250 g Quark 20% fat
- 50 ml Milk
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 1 tbsp Frozen parsley leaf
- 1 kl. Chopped onion
Potatoes Sage Sesame
- Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in the vegetable stock for about 20 minutes, then drain into a sieve
- While the potatoes are boiling, roast the sesame seeds in a small pan and set aside.
- Heat the butteraris in a large pan and add the potato quarters. Sear it all over while turning it, then pour the sage over it. Finally mix the sesame seeds and everything well
Herb
- Mix the quark, milk, salt, pepper and parsley well together. Finally fold in the chopped onion
- Arrange on plates with the potatoes and serve
