Potatoes, Sage and Sesame with Herb Dip

The perfect potatoes, sage and sesame with herb dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Potatoes Sage Sesame

  • 600 g Waxy potatoes
  • 6 Sage leaves fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter

Herb

  • 250 g Quark 20% fat
  • 50 ml Milk
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper
  • 1 tbsp Frozen parsley leaf
  • 1 kl. Chopped onion

Potatoes Sage Sesame

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in the vegetable stock for about 20 minutes, then drain into a sieve
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, roast the sesame seeds in a small pan and set aside.
  3. Heat the butteraris in a large pan and add the potato quarters. Sear it all over while turning it, then pour the sage over it. Finally mix the sesame seeds and everything well

Herb

  1. Mix the quark, milk, salt, pepper and parsley well together. Finally fold in the chopped onion
  2. Arrange on plates with the potatoes and serve
