East Prussian potato salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1,000 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 pack of cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Boil potatoes, peel, and slice. Mix sour cream with vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard, and herbs. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and let it sit for 60 minutes. Extra tip: You can also use frozen herbs, or use other types, depending on your taste!
