Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g margarine
- 1 egg(s), optional
- 50 g sugar or coconut blossom sugar
- 50 g block chocolate or couverture
- n. B. Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for approx. 2 baking trays
Make a shortcrust pastry from the first four ingredients. Roll out on a floured surface. Cut out bunnies and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for approximately 10 minutes. Decorate the cooled bunnies with chocolate melted in a water bath. This quantity makes approximately two baking sheets.
