Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 175 g sugar
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 325 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat butter with cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, and vanilla essence until very creamy. Combine flour and baking powder and stir in. Fill the pastry press with the dough and use a flower nozzle to pipe small flowers onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes until light golden. Decorate as desired.
