Easter lamb and Easter bunny

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tsp, saturates vanilla (Bourbon vanilla), ground
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp rum
  • 220 g flour
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • powdered sugar
  • Chocolate
  • Grease for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Separate the eggs. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolks until fluffy. Add the rum. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Place everything in a bowl and gently fold in. Pour the batter into the well-greased lamb and bunny baking pans and bake at approximately 175°C for 40 minutes. After baking, let the pans cool for about 10 minutes, then remove the lamb and bunny from the pan. Once the cakes have cooled, sprinkle the lamb with powdered sugar. Cover the bunny with melted chocolate.
