Easter Lamb Classic
The perfect easter lamb classic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Pck. Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 60 g Ground almonds
- 60 g Flour
- 60 g Food starch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 2 Dried cloves
- Grease the mold well and sprinkle with ground almonds. Process the ingredients one after the other to form a batter. Bake on the lowest rail for about 45 minutes at 160 degrees circulating air (180 degrees electric stove) (test with chopsticks!). Then let it cool down for approx. 20 minutes and remove it from the mold. Dust with powdered sugar and place the two cloves as eyes. Finished. Enjoy your meal!
