- 100 g Butter
- 75 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Advocaat
- 100 g Flour

- Grease and crumble a lamb dish (approx. 0.75 l content).
- Mix the soft butter and both types of sugar (I had homemade V-sugar) until frothy, stir in the eggs one by one. Now add the egg liqueur while stirring. Mix flour and baking powder and sieve onto the dough, fold in briefly.
- Pour the dough into the greased lamb pan and tap the underside a few times so that the dough is properly distributed in the pan. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 45 minutes … Don’t forget to try your chopsticks, as every oven bakes differently !!!!
