  • 100 g Butter
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 ml Advocaat
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Fat and crumbs for the mold

  1. Grease and crumble a lamb dish (approx. 0.75 l content).
  2. Mix the soft butter and both types of sugar (I had homemade V-sugar) until frothy, stir in the eggs one by one. Now add the egg liqueur while stirring. Mix flour and baking powder and sieve onto the dough, fold in briefly.
  3. Pour the dough into the greased lamb pan and tap the underside a few times so that the dough is properly distributed in the pan. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 45 minutes … Don’t forget to try your chopsticks, as every oven bakes differently !!!!
