Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g spelt flour
- 200 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 80 ml oil, neutral (e.g. sunflower)
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g chocolate, white
- Food coloring, green
- Sweets (chocolate Easter bunnies, sugar eggs, peanut dragees)

Little treat for Easter
Whisk the eggs with oil, sugar, salt, and baking powder until frothy. Alternately add the flour and coconut milk, then fold in 100g of coconut flakes. Pour the batter into tartlet molds and bake for 15 minutes at 230°C. Color 100g of coconut flakes with green food coloring. Color the white chocolate green as well, using only 4-6 drops, otherwise the chocolate will clump! Spread the chocolate on the tartlets. Decorate with green coconut flakes, dragees, bunnies, etc. You can also buy the tartlets ready-made; this will make the process much faster!
