Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl gin
  • 3 cl syrup (peppermint syrup)
  • 2 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 20 cl tonic water
  • ⅛ lemon(s), organic

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Cocktail, long drink

Stir the gin, peppermint syrup, and lemon juice well in a mixing glass with ice, then strain into a highball glass with a few ice cubes. Add 1/8 of a lemon and top up with tonic water.
