Ingredients
- 1 kg Tortellini
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 2 Onions
- 200 g Cream
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- 200 g Grated Gouda
- 1,5 tsp Butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oregano
- Paprika powder
- Herbs de Provence
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- First cut the mushrooms and onions as desired and sauté with the butter. Meanwhile, put the tortellini (e.g. filled with tomatoes) in a baking dish.
- Pour the golden brown mushrooms over the tortellini. Slowly heat the cream and tomatoes in a saucepan and stir again and again. Season to taste with the spices and pour into the mold.
- Now a handful of breadcrumbs and spread the cheese on top. Bake in the pre-oven at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes and then serve. Good Appetite 🙂
