Annis Layered Pasta Casserole with Minced Tomato Sauce and Zucchini

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Penne
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 500 g Chopped tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Mediterranean herbs
  • 4 Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 100 g Grated mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Cook the penne in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Pouring off.
  • Fry the mince in a non-stick pan until crumbly. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, add to the mince and fry briefly. Add salt, pepper and herbs. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes. Mix the sauce with the pasta.
  • Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into slices. Put half of the pasta in a baking dish (or 4 serving cups). Spread the zucchini slices on top. Then spread the rest of the pasta on top and put tomato slices on top. Spread the mozzarella evenly on top. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
