- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (Bourbon vanilla sugar)
- 300 ml whole milk

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
First, bring the 300 ml of whole milk to a boil. Then add the vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly for three minutes. Now pour the hot vanilla milk into a cup or mug. Let it cool, then refrigerate the container for one hour. Once removed, mix the vanilla milk thoroughly again.
