Asparagus smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g asparagus, green
  • 150 ml water
  • 20 g parsley, fresh
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • n. B. Sea salt, from the mill
  • e.g. lemon pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

With green asparagus, parsley and orange juice

Trim the woody ends of the asparagus. Cut the stalks into smaller pieces, bring to a boil with water in a pot, then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes until soft. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the washed, finely chopped parsley. Purée the contents of the pot with a hand blender and allow to cool completely. If you place the pot in cold water, this will go quite quickly. Stir the squeezed orange juice into the cooled smoothie. Season with sea salt and lemon pepper. Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish, and serve.
