  • Speak openly with this person about your problem. However, do not speak while eating. The reason is that otherwise, you are swallowing too much air and not chewing thoroughly enough.
  • Use small plates and cutlery. This causes you to feel fuller after the meal. The relatively small portion looks gigantic in relation to the small plate. This helps you achieve the feeling of fullness while eating less.
  • Eat food while seated. This gives your body the feeling of more rest and relaxation. It is best to eat where you feel comfortable and where you are not under any time pressure. Avoid eating on the go. If possible, do not eat your food at work if you do not have enough time to do so.
  • You’ll also eat healthier if you cook for yourself. This means you pay more attention to your diet. Refrain from ordering food. If you prepare your dishes yourself, they do not necessarily have to be complex. Because cooking is also quick.
