Ebly – Fish Pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) wheat (Ebly)
  • 2 fish fillets (pollock)
  • 100 g crab or shrimp
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 cup(s) broth from instant powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the onion into rings, finely chop the garlic, and fry in a pan with oil and Ebly. Slice the bell pepper into strips and add. Pour in two cups of instant broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the fish fillet with fish seasoning, cut into cubes, and add it with the shrimp or crab. Let it simmer until all the water has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
