Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of wheat (Ebly)
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 250 g zucchini, diced
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s), diced
- 250 g broccoli, cut into florets
- Water
- nutmeg

Heat some water in a pan, add Ebly and the washed and chopped vegetables, then dissolve the vegetable stock cube in the pan. Gradually add enough water until the Ebly is completely swollen and the vegetables are cooked. The vegetables shouldn’t float in the water; the water shouldn’t be visible at the end. Season to taste with nutmeg and pepper. Of course, you can also use other vegetables, depending on your taste.
