Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 300 g wheat flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 40 g yeast, fresh
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 175 g sunflower seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and gradually stir in all the ingredients. Place the dough in a loaf pan and place it in a cold oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat), and bake for about 45 minutes. It will be a very moist dough, so don’t be surprised. But it will develop beautifully later.
