  • 1 bell pepper(s), color of your choice
  • 80 g bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the bell pepper. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion, bell pepper, and bacon until golden brown. Beat the eggs, pour over the onion, bell pepper, and bacon mixture, let it set briefly, stir thoroughly, season with salt and pepper, and then let it cool. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into small squares, fill them with the egg filling, fold them together, brush with the beaten egg, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Can be served with any dip.
