Wild garlic roll with rosemary ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 6 slices of ham (rosemary ham)
  • 150 g herb cream cheese
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 150 g chili/paprika spread (ready-made product)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Chop the wild garlic and mix with the eggs, herb cream cheese, and mozzarella. Season with pepper. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Spread the spread over the dough and top with the ham slices. Roll up and wrap in foil. Let it chill in the refrigerator. Slice the roll before serving.
