Muffins with ham and onion

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 g ham
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 60 ml oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g cheese, grated

makes 12 pieces

Finely chop the onion and ham and sauté lightly in a pan. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. In a large bowl, combine the oil, milk, sour cream, and egg. Add the slightly cooled onion and ham mixture. Now fold in the flour mixture. Divide the batter into muffin cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
