Egg and Toast Snack

The perfect egg and toast snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Whisked eggs
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Pc. Slices of toast, cut into pieces approx. 2X2 cm
  1. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and chives.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and meanwhile add the pieces of toast to the egg and gradually fold in.
  3. Now fry the egg and toast mixture in the oil, as when preparing scrambled eggs.
  4. You could of course also add any other vegetables such as peppers or diced carrots.
