Egg and Toast Snack
The perfect egg and toast snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pc. Whisked eggs
- 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Ground pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Pc. Slices of toast, cut into pieces approx. 2X2 cm
- Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and chives.
- Heat the oil in the pan and meanwhile add the pieces of toast to the egg and gradually fold in.
- Now fry the egg and toast mixture in the oil, as when preparing scrambled eggs.
- You could of course also add any other vegetables such as peppers or diced carrots.
