Egg bread salad with mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 500 g bread(s)
  • 100 g mustard
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the eggs. Dice the bread and eggs. Dissolve the vegetable broth in water, mix well with the mustard and cream cheese. Pour everything into a bowl and mix. Garnish with freshly ground pepper and let rest for another 10 minutes.
