Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of toast
- Salt
- pepper
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crack the eggs, then add a pinch of salt and pepper. Once everything is combined, whisk to combine. Take a pan and heat it up. Add fat, but not too much. Mix the toast with the scrambled eggs and flip them over. Then place them in the hot pan. When it starts to brown a little, flip them over. And the egg bread is ready!
