Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 slice(s) salami
  • 1 some butter
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (e.g. Gouda, Butterkäse or Chester)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Torsten’s quick burger without meatball

Toast the bread. Crack the egg in a pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry on both sides, then turn over once and place the slice of cheese on top. Meanwhile, butter the slices of toast and top one of them with the salami. When the cheese has softened (everyone has to find out for themselves how soft they like it), place the fried egg on top of the salami. Now add the other slice of toast as a lid, and the egg burger is ready. If desired, add ketchup to finish.
