  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp parsley, flat-leaf, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soup garnish

Whisk together the water, oil, and egg. Sift in the flour and stir until smooth. Add the parsley, salt, and pepper, stir, and pour into the boiling soup in a stream. It will curdle immediately.
